FFL's Festival Validation
FFL feels responsible for only allowing legitimate and relevant festivals to accept submissions through our platform. Thus we verify the festival's legitimacy and relevance before pushing the call for submissions live. Some festivals are not being allowed to accept submissions at all. For festivals allowed to accept submissions FFL separates among:
VALIDATED FESTIVALS
These festivals fully comply with FFL's festival validation policy. There is no doubt that they are established and/or legitimate events.
NOT VALIDATED FESTIVALS
These festivals don't fully comply with FFL's festival validation policy but appear to be legitimate events. We will leave you to decide whether you should submit to this event or not. We also welcome any feedback about these events. You can report your experience at [email protected]

International Tour Film Fest, national and international competition for short films, documentaries and video clips is …promoted and organized by the Cultural Association CivitaFilmCommission, in collaboration with the City of Civitavecchia , the Lazio Region and numerous partners.
The 10th edition of the Festival will take place in several cities of the Region of Lazio; the film screening competition will take place in Civitavecchia (Rome) from 29 September to 3 October 2021 . The competition will be accompanied by events and cultural programming.
Will be accepted italian and international short films divided in the following categories: fiction, Animation, Documentary, Tourist Promotional Movie. The competition is also open to International Feature Film. A Jury composed of leading personalities in the film and television industry, communication and entertainment will award the best works.

General rules
For the enrolment in the 10th edition of International Tour Film Fest:
1. International Tour Film Fest, national and international competition for short films, documentaries and video clips is promoted and organized by the Cultural Association CivitaFilmCommission, with organizational headquarters in Via Togliatti No. 12 -00053 - Civitavecchia, Rome, Italy, in collaboration with the City of Civitavecchia , the Lazio Region and numerous partners.
The 10th edition of the Festival will take place in several cities of the Region of Lazio; the film screening competition will take place in Civitavecchia (Rome) from September 29 to October 3, 2021 . The competition will be accompanied by events and cultural programming.
2. SHORT AND MEDIUM LENGTH FILM COMPETITION: Will be accepted Italian and international Works, with a maximum duration of 50 minutes including credits, produced from 2019 onwards and subtitled in English.
3.FEATURE FILM COMPETITION: They are admitted international feature film. The film must be produced from 2019 onwards and with maximum duration of 100 minutes.

For each work entered you must fill out the online entry form.
The works received without the required specifications will not be accepted unless a prior agreement with the Artistic Director.
If the work will be selected, a copy for public screening (MP4 file format) and Italian language subtitles (as SRT file format or encoded with video) will be requested. Further details will be sent via mail by the technical director of the festival.
NOTICE FOR SHORT AND MEDIUM LENGTH FILM COMPETITION
Any director can submit more works (but only one work per category). Each production company or distribution company can submit more works (subject to the constraint referred to in the preceding paragraph).
