Sicilian author, documentary maker and director, after a long experience in the television authoring sector, he is the personal manager of Bruno Barbieri. Salvo Spoto has other films and shorts to his credit, presented to several
National Film Festivals and multiple award winners.

Among these films: Fuitina, selected for David di Donatello competition (2016), finalist at the 61st Taormina Film Fest section of Filmmaker in Sicily and Tao Edu (2015), Special Award at Mizzica Film and StateaKorti (2015) and Papiro d'Argento Award (2015). With a special cameo by Nino Frassica and Mario Venuti. Cimena,  screened in theaters in all
Italy and awarded at the Frontier International Film Festival in Marzamemi (2018).
