This book was born from the need to celebrate the tenth year of International Film Festival. The participation of important Italian and international guests present at the various events contributed to give prestige to each edition. The winning idea that distinguishes it from other yearbooks is that of having intertwined the stages of the various editions with the events freely inspired by the life of its creator. Uccio, diminutive of Piero Pacchiarotti, is the protagonist of the story, a shy and dreamy child who moves in two parallel worlds, one real and the other imaginary. His fervent imagination continually leads him to project true or fantastic stories on the giant screen of his interiority. Over the years, conquered by an irrepressible passion for the art of cinema, Uccio will ride a seemingly unattainable dream: to organize a film festival. A ten-year journey of the International Tour Film Festival, faithfully documented, is connected by the narrative line of a life aimed at materializing the impossible.
