PRESS RELEASE and WINNERS - ITFF2017

  

 

The Cermony Award of 6th edition of the International Tour Film Festival was held Sunday October 8, with a large audience participation and reaching the record of works submitted: 1760films from 98 countries around the world.

 

The event is sponsored and held under high patronage of Mibact, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Lazio Region, Ports of Rome and Lazio, the Confcommercio, the Embassy of Sweden, Municipalities of Civitavecchia and Santa Marinella, Fondazione Ca.Ri.Civ and Enel. 

 

Ceremony award evening saw the presence of many guests like

Federico Zampaglione (songwriter and director), Dario Albertini (director), Daniele Falleri (director), Romano Milani(SNGCI Member), Paolo Masini (Mibact), Dundar Kesapli(journalist and responsible for foreign press), Andrea De Rosa(actor), Pietro Delle Piane (actor), Rossella Diaco (journalist Rai and radio speaker), Ele Raimondo (director and producer), Donatella Baglivo (director), Roberto Bacheca (Mayor of S.Marinella), Enrico Luciani (President of Port of Civitavecchia).

 

Also guests: from Belgium Anja Strelec (director), from TheNetherlands Marnix Ruben (director), Diederik De KoeijerSauro Locchi (music composer); from Germany, Manuel Rees(director); from Croatia, Sanjin Badurina (director), Ivana Matušan (Tourist Board Director Town of Rab); from Spain Alexandra Del Bene (Itinera Productions Art Director).

 

 

We would like remember all our important international collaborations with:  ESAP - Escola Superior Artistica do Porto(Portugal); Lodz Film School (Poland) and Visegrad Animation Forum (Czech Republic) and national collaborations with:  Cultural Association Santa Marinella Viva Onlus, Aster Academy International, Movement for Life of Civitavecchia, Vespa Club of Civitavecchia, Historical Circuit of S. Marinella, Stendhal Institute, G. Galilei High School and High School of Art Guglielmotti.

 

 

The Ceremony evening was hosted by Ombretta Del Monte

International events are held during festival as exhibition of dresses and photos dedicated to Ingrid Bergman and tribute concert  narrated by Rosario Tronnolone and performed by Swedish soprano Katarina Agorelius and pianist Licia Belardelli.

In addition, screening premiére of VAF New Talents 2017, animation Central and Eastern Europe compilation by Visegrad Animation Forum.

 

 

"We wish to thank to all the audience" says Piero Pacchiarotti, President of International Tour Film Festival - and especially to all film directors who took part in the competition in the different categoires of the festival. A special mention to the students and teachers of the schools in the area, who made with passion and dedication the short films for their projects. This represent a growth for the city and for the entire territory and our festival is set to grow year after year,already a major event for the entire region. During these five days, international guests attended, who have been able to appreciate our city. As soon as we close this edition we will start to work for next year: our ambitious project is to include, for the first time, a competitive category for feature films for the first time.
